Dr. Britta Lundberg is a health psychologist at Healthwise Psychology in White Bear Lake, MN. She specializes in the treatment of co-occurring mental and physical health problems. She earned a PhD in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has spent several years training and working in hospitals, primary care, and mental health clinics. In her work with clients, she uses a range of tools including mindfulness meditation to relieve depression and anxiety, cultivate healthy behaviors (e.g., sleep, diet, relaxation), and adapt to stressful life changes.

Dr. Turner’s career in psychology started in 2006. She has worked in both residential treatment facilities and outpatient mental health clinics. Dr. Turner completed her APA-accredited internship at Hazelden Foundation. She has provided Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for over 10 years and has extensive experience with treatment of co-occurring disorders.
Her areas of interest include complex trauma, culturally sensitive counseling and psychological assessment. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—an evidence-based practice for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)—and in Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network Model—a framework to help those with complex neuro-dissociative states. Dr. Turner believes in providing compassionate services to everyone and giving people chances to not just survive, but thrive.
In August 2017, Dr. Turner joined the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services (IPC)—the University of St. Thomas’s multi-disciplinary clinic—to provide direct client services and clinical supervision to graduate students and psychology interns. She is excited to pass on the wisdom from her teachers and supervisors to the next generations of psychologists, while promoting the students’ strengths and giving them an opportunity to form their own identities. Dr. Turner also maintains a part-time private practice in the West Metro.

Bev Stratton, MA, LPC is a graduate of Saint Mary’s who recently began a second career as a therapist after decades as a college professor. Bev is in private practice with the MN Couple Therapy Center in Roseville, where she works primarily with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy. She is also trained in EMDR and sees individuals for a variety of mental health concerns.
Bonus: Bev has a drop-in group for Emotionally Focused Couples that people are able to attend from 9-10:30 before meeting with Bev

Maren McMillan, PsyD LP is a graduate of the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy-Twin Cities, and has been a licensed psychologist since 2005. Currently she has her own private practice, and has also worked in community mental health, hospital, and large private group practice setimgs. She led intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training groups and provided individual DBT for 13 years. Currently, she utilizes the DBT skills in therapy, as well as EMDR and ACT strategies. Ares of interest and expertise are perinatal mental health, support for moms at all stages, therapy for therapists, trauma, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection.
