Barbara O'Brien, M.Ed., LICSW

My practice is based on the deep conviction that change is possible. Using a holistic approach that attends to the physical, emotional and spiritual elements of a person, I am fully committed to my clients success. I work to create a safe, nurturing, respectful environment where I partner with my clients to help them reach their goals. I believe that in order to move forward you must sometimes first go back. I can help you find a balance between understanding how the past influences current ways of thinking/being and helping you move forward to new ways of thinking/being.
