Katheleen Avila, M.A., LP

After 30 years in practice and a broad base of experiences with all age groups, I have found my primary passion in Mind-Body Medicine and Integrative Psychotherapy. I work with both adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting issues. My primary work is in stress management, anxiety/depression across the life span, pain management and performance psychology. My clinical orientation is based in bio-psycho-social methodologies within a mindfulness based approach. I am trained and experienced in EMDR, hypnosis, performance psychology, energy psychotherapy interventions, as well as cognitive-behavioural therapy.
