MWP Member Profile
Kim Carter, M.A.
Hi! I specialize in providing unique approaches to counseling and therapy for individuals, couples and families that are looking for something a little different. I offer private pay in-home therapy, which works particularly well with individuals and families who are chronically disorganized, have cluttered living spaces or have ADD or compulsively collect (hoarders).
I have an office in South Minneapolis where I see clients one day a week. I am a holistic, compassionate, creative and ethical therapist. I tend to focus on client strengths and use their creativity to find healing. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness based cognitive behavior therapy and use select components of dialectical behavior therapy when appropriate.
