I can help you in a variety of ways—to accept yourself with less judgment, learn new holistic methods to find safety and calm within, work through unresolved feelings, and make the changes necessary to be at peace with yourself. Sometimes there is a restlessness inside or symptoms in the mind and body surface because we are needing to get clear about who we are and what our purpose is in this life. I will help you to begin to gain clarity about these issues, by working in partnership with you. Trained in Hakomi Method, which is influenced by eastern philosophy and based in Mindfulness, I teach awareness of the body in the process of therapy.
