Executive Committee Elections
Each Spring, we hold elections to fill vacancies for the MWP Executive Committee (EC), with the new terms beginning in May.
We are beginning to recruit MWP members to serve a term beginning May, 2019-May, 2022 on the MWP Executive Committee. If you would like to learn more, please join us at one of our upcoming EC meetings this December, January or February. We will meet with those interested to answer questions about what to expect for your term of service. EC meetings are the second Wednesday of the month starting at 6:15pm. Please check the MWP calendar to verify time and location. FFI: Farren Swanson at [email protected]
The EC meets for two hours, once a month. Members are asked to commit to a three year term, which involves attending the meetings and joining one of three pillars, Sharing, Learning, and Doing. These groups meet at a convenient time and location each month to plan events. Additional time commitment depends on the activities with which you volunteer to help. New EC members are encouraged to join the April meeting to learn about how the EC operates and meet the current EC members.
