At Wayzata Bay Wellness, we focus on the unique challenges of those in high-pressure careers, including consulting, finance, technology, healthcare, law, and academia. The intensity of these jobs often leads to relationship problems, anxiety about performance, stress, exhaustion, burnout, and limited time and energy for relationships outside of work, resulting in a shrinking support network and frustrated partners. That’s why we also focus on the families of such individuals.
I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
Please note: Like many psychologists, I choose not to be under contract with insurers. This would also greatly diminish my ability to provide adequate confidentiality, because I would have to hand over each client’s confidential treatment information to the insurer.
